The Dome at America’s Center

When the Rams became St. Louis’s official NFL team in 1994, they needed a new venue to accommodate their growing fanbase. Fortunately, The Dome at America’s Center (then operating under the moniker of the Trans World Dome) opened for business in November 1995. In 2002, the venue changed its name to the Edward Jones Dome. Renovations in 2009 upgraded the scoreboards to LED displays, added LED ribbons to follow the curvature of the dome, rebuilt locker rooms, and added premium lounges for fans. Most recently, in 2016, the stadium was renamed as The Dome at America’s Center.
Though the Rams relocated to Los Angeles in early 2016, The Dome at America’s Center remains one of St. Louis’s premiere venues for sports and entertainment. Previous events have included concerts from U2 and One Direction, college basketball and football games, monster truck rallies, and the World Championship of the FIRST Robotics Competition.
