This garage is NOT next to Lumen Field, T-Mobile Park, Climate Pledge Arena, or Husky Stadium! Please do not park here for events at those venues.
This garage is located in downtown Seattle, a few minutes from the ACT Theatre, 5th Avenue Theatre, and Paramount Theatre. This is a convenient and secure garage in the Central Business District.

How to Park
1.
Screenshot or print QR code before arrival. Thereâs no cellphone service inside the garage. Drive to the bottom of the entrance ramp.
2.
Scan your QR code at the box with the red flashing lights. Hold the QR code about 2 inches away from the reader and the gate will open.
3.
Must enter and exit within designated time window. If you arrive before your reservation time, press "Get A Ticket" to enter. Additional fees may apply.
4.
You can park anywhere that does NOT say "Reserved". Your vehicle will be towed if you park in a reserved stall or the Reserved Level.
5.
When departing, scan the same QR code at the box with the red flashing lights. If you arrived before your reservation time, scan entrance ticket, then scan QR code. Additional fees may apply.
6.
After scanning the QR code or paying additional fees with a credit card, the gate will open and you're free to go!
