GGMC Parking - The Rowan Garage

This is an indoor, fully automated garage that is open 24 hours. This is a monthly storage self-parking with 24/7 access. There is a fee of $15 charged each time you take out your vehicle.

Important notes:

1. There is a $100 non-refundable deposit to be paid on-site.

2. Monthly Parking storage. Customers are required to sign up on the first day of each month and for a minimum of two months to proceed. There is NO PRORATE. If you choose a start date other than the 1st, your monthly reservation will still only be valid until the last day of the same month, and you will be charged the full amount for your second month. The first month's payment will be made directly to Parkwhiz, and upon signing up the second month will be made directly to GGMC. All customers must sign up for monthly auto-payment to complete their application.

3. If a customer would like to terminate their account, GGMC would need written notice 30 days in advance.

4. Vehicles over 200” cannot be accommodated; no modified, lifted, or lowered vehicles.
