Monthly parking with 24/7 access access and unlimited in-and-out privileges. Storage or overnight parking longer than 48 hours is not permitted.

Important:

1. You must choose the 1st or the 15th of the month as your start date. Monthly parking starts on the 1st or the 15th of the month, and is valid for a full month respective to these start dates (i.e., until the last day of the month or the 14th of the next month, respectively).

2. It is recommended that you book at least three business days ahead of your start date, to give management sufficient time to process your monthly sign-up.

(3) ParkWhiz only handles the first month. For Month 2 onward, you must pay the facility directly (please email theo@douglasparking.com if you wish to renew for subsequent months).

(4) There is an additional $25 one-time access fee that needs to be paid on-site.
