Monthly self-parking with unlimited in-and-out privileges. Parking Hours: Monday – Friday, 7am to 6pm (no overnight parking). Self park only in the “Non resident” spaces.

Important:

1. You must choose the 1st or the 15th of the month as your start date. Monthly parking starts on the 1st or the 15th of the month, and is valid for a full month respective to these start dates (i.e., until the last day of the month or the 14th of the next month, respectively).

2. You will receive an RFID sticker to open the gate. There is an additional non-refundable $50 fee for the RFID (this is payable on-site).

3. You will receive instructions to call Douglas Parking within normal business hours to coordinate pickup of your RFID sticker. It is therefore recommended that you purchase at least three business days ahead of your start date, to allow sufficient time for the garage office to process your monthly sign up

4. This is for self-parking in a single standard parking space. If your vehicle is bigger than a standard parking space, your monthly rate will be adjusted to cover each space used, and you will pay for the difference on-site.
