Start anytime. If your start date is on or before the 7th of the month, your monthly parking pass will expire on the last day of the month. If you start after the 7th, you will receive a prorated invoice from the garage operator for the remaining days of the next calendar month.

This rate is only available to new customers of this garage and assumes your vehicle is registered in Manhattan. This rate is not available to Teslas, exotic cars, or superoversized vehicles. If you have a standard oversized vehicle, please choose that option prior to purchasing your pass.

Please note that if you wish to park for one month only, your start date must be on or before the 7th of the month, otherwise you will obligated to pay the prorated amount for the remaining portion of the next calendar month, no exceptions.
