Start anytime. If you start on or before the 7th of the month, your next month will not be prorated and your booking will end on the last day of that month. If you start after the 7th, a second month will be required and billed at a prorated rate—even if you only intend to park for 30 days.

This rate is only available to new customers of this garage and assumes your vehicle is registered in Manhattan. This rate is not available to Teslas, exotic cars, or superoversized vehicles. If you have a standard oversized vehicle, please choose that option prior to purchasing your pass.

Please note that if you wish to park for one month only, your start date must be on or before the 7th of the month, otherwise you will obligated to pay the prorated amount for the remaining portion of the next calendar month, no exceptions.
