This is the Sedan rate, not valid for full-size SUVs, crossovers, minivan, or exotic luxury vehicles

IMPORTANT:

(1) This monthly parking purchase requires at least a 3-month commitment.

(2) ParkWhiz only handles the first month. For Month 2 onward, you will pay the garage directly

(3) It is recommended that you choose the 1st of the month as your start date. The monthly billing cycle starts on the 1st of the month, and its period is the 1st through the end of the same calendar month. There is no prorated pricing. If you choose a start date other than the 1st, your monthly reservation will still only be valid until the last day of the same month, and you will be charged for any subsequent months of parking.

(4) You may start parking AFTER you complete enrollment in the SP+ system. After completing your purchase online, please allow up to 3 business days for an email from SP+ inviting you to complete your registration in their system.

(5) SP+ will ask you to pay a $25 non-refundable registration fee.

Secure indoor garage at Brookfield Place in Battery Park. Just a few minutes to the One World Observatory, 9/11 Memorial, and New York City Hall. Entry requires passage through security checkpoint. Max Vehicle Height: 6'8" No commercial vehicles are allowed in this location. 💲💲 Additional fees may apply for oversize vehicles. Luxury and exotic vehicles are subject to availability. 💲💲 Please meet at the entrance at least 10 minutes before exit time, to not incur additional overage charges. Customers are required to retrieve their car within 15mins before the parking end time. This facility requires security to search the vehicle, this is security not an attendant. Do not pull a ticket after scanning the reservation at the entrance machine.
