Commuter Monthly Parking on weekdays from 6:00am to 6:00pm.

This rate is only for sedans and is not valid for full-size SUVs, minivans, Teslas, or other exotic luxury vehicles.

IMPORTANT:

(1) This monthly parking purchase requires at least a 3-month commitment.

(2) ParkWhiz only handles the first month. For Month 2 onward, you will pay the garage directly.

(3) It is recommended that you choose the 1st of the month as your start date. The monthly billing cycle starts on the 1st of the month, and its period is the 1st through the end of the same calendar month. There is no prorated pricing. If you choose a start date other than the 1st, your monthly reservation will still only be valid until the last day of the same month, and you will be charged for any subsequent months of parking.

(4) You may start parking AFTER you complete enrollment in the SP+ system. After completing your purchase online, please allow up to 3 business days for an email from SP+ inviting you to complete your registration in their system.

Max Vehicle Height: 6'7" No commercial vehicles are allowed in this location. 💲💲 Additional fees may apply for oversize vehicles. Luxury and exotic vehicles are subject to availability. 💲💲 When exiting please make sure to arrive 15 minutes before exiting time otherwise will pay location rates. This facility requires security to search the vehicle, this is security not an attendant. Do not pull a ticket after scanning the reservation at the entrance machine. No early scans, make sure to scan within the reservation time. This is a Valet location, not a self-park. See security if the yellow bollards are up. Present permit to the attendant upon arrival. Scan permit in/out. If you overstay your reservation, you will be responsible for paying the additional time based on the posted parking rates. Reservation is time sensitive for ingress, for egress allow 15 minutes for the valet to retrieve the vehicle so you may exit within the reservation end time.
