Monthly parking with 24/7 access. This is the sedan rate, not valid for full-size SUVs, crossovers, minivans, or exotic luxury vehicles. If you are driving an over-size vehicle, please select that option prior to purchase.

IMPORTANT:

(1) Monthly Parking starts on the 1st of the month. There is no prorated pricing. If you have chosen a start date other than the 1st, your monthly reservation is only valid until the last day of the same calendar month, and your next monthly purchase is due on the 1st.

(2) This is the Sedan rate. If your vehicle is deemed by the operator to be oversized, your monthly rate will be adjusted and you will be asked to pay the difference on-site.

(3) It is recommended that you purchase at least 3 business days ahead of your start date, to allow sufficient time for the garage office to process your monthly sign up.

(4) New customers only. Subsequent months, if needed, must be purchased directly from the facility.

(5) Purchase must not be more than 45 days in advance of start date.

If any of the above conditions are not met, your booking may be cancelled at the request of the management.
