Getting to the Terminal
If your parking pass says to scan it at the gate, please do. Otherwise, take a ticket at the gate to enter then go inside the hotel lobby to validate your reservation with a staff member.
After securing your vehicle & belongings, you may board the shuttle for a 5-minute drive to SFO.
Returning to Your Car
Pick Ups are at the Departures Level at each terminal (Hotel Courtesy Shuttle Bus Stop). On Call shuttles are available by request between 1:00 AM - 3:30 AM by calling the hotel directly when ready for pick up. 650-443-5500.
If you scanned your parking reservation to enter, you may scan it again when exiting. If you pulled a ticket to enter, please see a hotel staff member for validation & exit instructions.
