This is one month of unlimited in-and-out 24/7 parking. Rate guarantee for 3 months!

Please note that:

(1) This rate is the sedan rate, not valid for full-size SUVs, minivans, or exotic luxury vehicles. No bike racks, storage rooftop racks, or other vehicle modifications that affect the dimensions of your vehicle. Tesla vehicles cannot be accommodated.

(2) There is a one-time additional fee of $50 for key/remote, which is payable at the garage when meeting with the supervisor.

(3) Start parking at any time. The rate is not valid for existing customers already in the garage or any other iPark facilities in the area.

(4) A printout of your monthly confirmation email is required on your first arrival, so please plan your start date accordingly.
