Monthly Fee Details

This is monthly parking with 24/7 access at the Pierre Condominium. An additional $330 will be charged for security deposit and $15 non-refundable garage access keycard.

IMPORTANT:

(1) This monthly parking purchase requires at least a three-month commitment.

(2) It is recommended that you choose the 1st of the month as your start date. The monthly billing cycle starts on the 1st of the month, and its period is the 1st through the end of the same calendar month. There is no prorated pricing. If you choose a start date other than the 1st, your monthly reservation will still only be valid until the last day of the same month, and you will be charged for any subsequent months of parking.

(3) You may start parking AFTER you complete enrollment in the SP+ system. After completing your purchase online, please allow up to 3 business days for an email from SP+ inviting you to complete your registration in their system.

Max Vehicle Height: 6'1". 💲💲 CUSTOMER IS RESPONSIBLE FOR ALL FEES CHARGED AS A RESULT OF EARLY ENTRY OR LATE DEPARTURE ON-SITE. 💲💲 Oversize Vehicle fee is $5 and is due at the garage separate from your reservation cost. If you are parking for over 12hrs, there's an additional $15 due to the garage. 💲💲 Oversize includes Ford S-150 /250, Ford Expedition, Dodge Ram trucks, Chevy Suburban, Chevy Tahoe, Cadillac Escalade, Lincoln Navigator, Toyota Tundra, Toyota Sequoia, Nissan Armada, Infiniti QX 80, and the like. In addition, all models utility van. Parking in this garage is limited to visitors, employees, residents, and guests of this location.
