GMC Parking - 30-72 12th St. Garage

This is for one month of parking with unlimited in-and-out privileges. You may leave your vehicle 24/7.

This promotional rate is subject to the following conditions:

1. Minimum required stay of two months. You will pay GMC Parking directly for the second month.

2. Offer only available to new monthly customers. This is not valid for past or current customers of this garage.

3. This rate is only valid for sedans. If you are driving an oversize or an exotic/luxury vehicle, space is subject to availability and your monthly rate will be adjusted once you arrive at the garage (the difference will be paid directly to GMC Parking).

4. Car sharing not allowed. Your monthly space is for your personal use only, and only the actual monthly account holder can park in the garage as a monthly parker.
